Information for Potential Landlords

We are actively seeking locations across South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire. Ideally, these locations will be in established, busy secondary, sub-urban retailing environments. They will have some 1000-1200sq ft of retailing space with approximately 500sq ft of storage, preferably on the same level. They will have good rear access for palletised deliveries and adequate customer and staff parking. We can function effectively on a smaller footprint in the right locations.

Priceless is a new start company, and so, as an established owner and operator of multiple pharmacy chains over the past 25 years across South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire Andrew Duckenfield is providing personal guarantees for landlords for the time being.

Whilst some of elements of the Priceless model remain at an experimental stage, we are seeking lease opportunities around 5yr FRI leases with the rent fixed for the duration of these leases and with tenant exercisable break clauses at 3yrs.
